We noticed that lots of students ask the same questions over and over. So, we decided to create a FAQ-page on this website.

Please check whether your question has been already answered here before writing desperately to the coordinators!

My Internet at the dorms is not working. What shall I do?

Whether you just arrived or your internet stopped working, you don't have to contact your dormitories office! Instead, go to a computer on Campus which has internet or use the Campus WiFi on your own laptop to type the information you got from your student guide in this form:

I lost my dorm key.

Please contact your building manager, or go directly to the dorms office (For the Canada dorms, it's in building 43).

I only received a one month student visa, what should I do?
