My Internet at the dorms is not working. What shall I do?
Whether you just arrived or your internet stopped working, you don't have to contact your dormitories office! Instead, go to a computer on Campus which has internet or use the Campus WiFi on your own laptop to type the information you got from your student guide in this form:
I lost my dorm key.
Please contact your building manager, or go directly to the dorms office (For the Canada dorms, it's in building 43).
The ... broke in my apartment how can I get it fixed?
For any problems in your apartment , you can either let your student guide know, or you can go to the dorms office (For the Canada dorms, it's in building 43).
