*Students should expect to spend approximately $500 - $600 each month on living expenses.

Students are advised to use a bank transfer credit card.
 

Please remember to send us a payment certification after completing a bank transfer or paying
with a credit card. Only then, we will be able to send you a formal receipt.
 

For your information, the electricity fee was determined according to the average consumption of
the Technion student. Please note that if a student consumes more than this determined average,
he/she will be requested to pay the difference.
 

Changes may occur in the dorm fee based on the Israeli consumer price index, dollar exchange
rate, or changing the types of dorms.
 

A student who does not submit his payments on time will be fined.





Dorms

Dorms payments include the monthly rent, electricity and internet consumption.

Health Insurance



All Technion International School students MUST have full health insurance coverage while in

Israel. We recommend Harel Medical Insurance. The insurance costs $650-$800 (depending on the
policy) per year payable upon your arrival to Israel. You must send your signed Health Registration
Form, Credit Card form and Addendum no earlier than one month prior to your arrival to Israel.

If you are an Israeli citizen, and have arranged your Israeli Medical Coverage, you are exempt from
paying the medical insurance cost upon providing proof of your medical coverage.
